How it works

YOUR NEW PASSWORD WILL NOT TAKE EFFECT UNTIL YOU FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS IN THIS EMAIL. Please allow 24 hours to receive this email before making further enquiries.

3. If you do not receive the validation email, or you think the email address we have on file for you may be out-of-date, please email us at help@redsin.biz and and we'll help you as quickly as we can.

4. Each time you reset your password we will automatically delete any prior password reset requests that have not yet been actioned.
